What Is an Electric Walk Synoshi Pro | Synoshi Pro Behind Floor Scrubber Rental?
In the context of 2026 home and light commercial maintenance, an electric walk-behind scrubber is a motorized cleaning machine designed to automate the “scrub and dry” process. Unlike a simple handheld spin scrubber, these are upright units that the user guides across the floor.
Most rental units available at local hardware or specialty tool shops feature:
- Cordless or Corded Electric Power: Providing consistent torque to the brush heads.
- Dual Tank Systems: One tank for clean water/detergent and another for recovering the dirty slurry.
- Interchangeable Brushes: Options for nylon bristles for tile or pads for smoother surfaces.
- Squeegee Assemblies: Located at the rear to ensure the floor is left dry and safe to walk on immediately.
While often used in warehouses, they are increasingly popular for residential “deep clean” days for large basements or outdoor patios.
