Independent Evidence & Red Flags
While the concept of an electric spin scrubber is solid, consumers should be aware of certain “red flags” often found in the budget cleaning appliance market.

- Exaggerated Battery Claims: While 90 minutes is the “lab-tested” maximum, real-world use on high-speed settings often yields closer to 45–60 minutes.
- Third-Party Branding: Similar to many “As Seen on TV” products, the Homesfan model is often sold under various names. This can make finding official warranty support difficult if you don’t purchase from a reputable retailer.
