- Pressure Stalling: Some users have noted that if you press down too hard on the scrubber to tackle a very deep stain, the motor may slow down or stop. It relies more on the speed of the spin than the force of the user.

- Niche Charging: Some consumers have reported that while it is rechargeable, finding official replacement brush heads or specific chargers outside of the original manufacturer (BulbHead) can sometimes be a challenge.

Many users, particularly those with limited hand strength or arthritis, praise the tool for making routine cleaning accessible. While the “Gold” version is rated for longer use, some users found it lasted closer to 45–60 minutes under heavy load, rather than the advertised 2 hours.
