Do memory foam pillows really help with sleep comfort?
Memory foam conforms to the specific shape of the user’s neck and head, distributing weight evenly. This pressure relief often leads to a more stable and comfortable resting experience during transit.
How long does it take to adjust to a new pillow?
Most users require 2 to 3 uses to become accustomed to the firmness and height of a contoured travel pillow. During this time, the foam also begins to soften slightly and adapt to the user’s body heat.
Are there downsides to cervical pillows?
The main downsides include bulkiness and potential heat retention. Additionally, if the contour does not align with the user’s specific neck length, it may cause more discomfort than a flat pillow.
How often should you replace a pillow?
Travel pillows should typically be replaced every 2 to 3 years. Over time, memory foam can lose its rebound elasticity, and the internal structure may degrade with frequent compression for packing.
