Users with large open-concept homes or finished basements generally praise the machine. Those dealing with chronic pain or arthritis frequently mention that the walk-behind nature of the T70 allows them to maintain their homes without the physical “grind” of a mop. The “one-pass” drying feature—where the vacuum leaves the floor nearly bone-dry—is also a cited favorite.
The Cautionary Notes:
Some users have reported that the brush bristles can splay out prematurely if used on very rough, unsealed concrete. Additionally, while the 24V charger is efficient, a full recharge can take several hours, which may be a bottleneck if you have a massive project and the battery dies mid-way. Performance also depends heavily on the chemical cleaner used; the machine is a tool for agitation, not a substitute for the right degreaser or grout cleaner.
