Common Red Flags in Reviews
- Deceptive Ordering Process: Many users have reported frustration with the official website’s “upsell” flow. Complaints often mention being charged for extra brush heads or handles that they didn’t realize were separate add-ons.

- Battery Longevity: While some units perform well, a significant number of Synoshi complaints 2026 mention batteries that fail to hold a charge after a few months or run for much less time than the advertised 2 hours.
