8. FAQ Section
Do electric scrubbers really work?
Yes. By combining mechanical agitation with immediate water recovery, they remove more soil than a mop, which often just redistributes dirty water.
Are spin scrubbers worth it?
For commercial spaces or homes with large tiled areas, the ROI comes from significant labor savings and a more hygienic finish.
Can they clean grout effectively?
The Trusted Clean Dura 17 electric auto scrubber w pad driver cleans surface grout well. For deep or recessed grout, we recommend replacing the pad driver with a dedicated scrub brush.
How long does the battery last?
This specific model is cord-electric, meaning it has no battery and offers unlimited run time as long as it is plugged in.
Are they better than manual cleaning?
Technically, yes. The machine provides consistent pressure (70 lbs) and removes 90%+ of the water and dirt, whereas manual cleaning is inconsistent and leaves the floor wet for longer.
9. Verdict
The Trusted Clean Dura 17 electric auto scrubber is a “workhorse” rather than a “showhorse.” It doesn’t have the high-tech sensors of 2026 robotic models, but its rugged design and unlimited power supply make it a reliable choice for consistent, daily maintenance.
- Buy if: You have a large, open floor plan and want a machine that is always ready to go.
